Order Tracking
To track your order and/or view your order’s current status, visit our Order Tracking page.
If you have any queries about the current status of your order or about our services, please go to Contact Us Form and let us know.
If your order has already shipped, you will see the word Shipped by each line item on your order, as well as a link to your tracking information on the right side of the page.
Otherwise, you will see one of the following status codes on each of the line-items of your order:
Pending: It means your order was received by our system few hours back. Within the coming few hours, your order will be placed for processing by our warehouse/store.
Warehouse: It means that your order is currently in our store. It is being picked and packed, and within a while, you will receive notification about your product that product has shipped.
Review: It means that our system detected billing information that does not match what your credit card company has on file for the card you used. In most cases, we can resolve this quickly without having to contact you or delay your order. However, in some cases, it will be necessary for us to reach you and resolve the issue before shipping your order.
